Under 10 Black win the JFC Sports Cup.

On Saturday at Curzon Ashton FC, our under 10 Black side, lifted the JFC sports cup with an incredible 4-1 over Delamere Rangers.

The victory rounds of an amazing season for the team, losing only twice all season, they were more than deserved winners of the cup.

The team played amazingly. A goal after 12 mins by Josh Clews with a powerful low drive from the edge of the box, set them underway. A few minutes later Jack Hadwin scored a screamer from 20 years into the top corner to make it 2. In the second half some neat trickery from Connor Tomlinson made it 3. Despite Delamere nicking a consolation, Connor’s brilliant header from a long cross left the Delamere keeper no chance with just moments to go.

MOTM – Awarded by the ref went to Joshua Clews.

Congratulations to the team.. you all deserve it and everyone at the club is proud of you.

The club would also like to pass on our thanks to the EMJFL for an excellent finals day and an excellent league program over this past season.
