This past Sunday we held our Annual General Meeting. Many thanks to everyone who attended. Please see below a details of what was agreed on the evening.
- Mike Richardson opened the meeting and apoligies were provided for non attendance.
- The Secretary issued a club progress statement details achievements through out the year.
- 2015/2016 Accounts were signed off by the membership and a current account status for this season provided.
- The members agreed that the club shall apply for CASC status and our constitution shall be amended accordingly.
- The Welfare Officer presented the clubs current safeguarding status including CRB details and future courses.
- A statement was provided regarding our Charter Standard plans and the application process
- The clubs 25th Year celebrations were discussed and members were invited to submit any ideas to mark the occasion.
- Elections were held for the Stockport Dynamoes Committee and are as follows:
- Mike Clews is elected as the Club Chairman.
- Colin Gregory is elected as the Club Vice Chairman.
- Chris Seaton is elected as the Club Secretary.
- Alex Irwin is elected as the Club Treasurer.
- Mike Clews retains the Child Welfare Role and will hold the role until a new Welfare Officer is appointed.
Mike and Debbie Richardson will be appointed as honorary club presidents at the end of season presentation in recognition for their service to the club.
